LexLumen GLP is a unified alliance of boutique law firms operating under the Malaysian Bar’s Group Law Practice framework. We currently bring forth the best of our two member firms, Messrs Melanie and Azwad Ihsan & Co (AICO) each contributing distinct strengths in litigation and corporate practice, built on practical experience and a shared commitment to client-focused service.

Khairulazwad Sariman

Azwad brings to the practice his expertise in civil and criminal litigation. He is known for handling complex matters involving fraud, forgery, constitutional issues, land disputes, and company law disputes including minority oppression and fiduciary breaches. He has previously served as Special Prosecutor in high-profile cases and frequently conducts death penalty trials.

Imran Ismail

Imran practices in dispute resolution and commercial advisory. He has a versatile background in intellectual property, corporate litigation, and regional in-house legal roles, particularly in the construction, oil & gas, and media sectors.

Fadhil Ihsan (Dale)

Dale focuses on complex commercial litigation and arbitration, both domestic and international. His portfolio includes Companies Act disputes, shareholder actions, and restructuring exercises. He appears regularly at the appellate level and is currently serving as Chairman of the Johore State Bar.

Melanie Ho Mei Yee

Melanie manages a contemporary corporate law practice with a distinct commercial perspective. She advises on M&A, venture capital, business structuring, and transactional matters, delivering innovative and practical legal strategies to business clients.

Raja Azlina Izzah binti Raja Shahrom
Handles conveyancing and property matters, corporate advisory, and estate-related work with a meticulous and solutions-oriented approach.

Anis Farhana binti Mohd Soji

Syahmi Nawawi
Syahmi is a Shariah-trained lawyer who conducts both civil and criminal litigation. His expertise extends to tort claims, defamation, and strata disputes.
